Pencil Drawing, matted

This pencil drawing highlights the subtle beauty of classical architectural features that may not be possible to see up close. Often up high on impressive buildings, these details have long been considered a work of art on their own by designers and masons. This work allows the designs to be appreciated as artwork outside of the architectural context.

Dimensions: artwork 13 1/4" x 10 1/4" | Mat 20" x 16"

Condition: very good; some minor aging on paper with occasional foxing and chipping. It has been mounted onto foamcore and floated on a matboard.
